The Press and Cultural section of the Netherlands Embassy in Helsinki promotes Dutch culture and language in Finland. The section is in contact with various Finnish authorities and facilitates between Finnish and Dutch cultural organisations and persons. The Embassy has a modest budget to support the participation of Dutch artists in the fields of performing arts, visual arts, architecture, design, film, literature and cultural heritage, the so called cultural cooperation programme PKP.

The section also provides general information about Dutch education, both in the Netherlands and in Finland. Furthermore, the section provides information to the Press.
